How to trade in your product

To trade in your Coachtopia product, bring it to your nearest Coach retail store. To make the process a little smoother, you also have the option of starting it online by heading to “My Products” in your Coachtopia account, selecting a product you have previously connected, clicking "start a return," and filling out the details of your product's age and condition.

Get store credit for your product

In exchange for your trade-in, you’ll receive a credit that can be used both in stores and online. The amount of credit depends on the original selling price and current condition of your product and will be calculated by our store advisers upon receiving it. However, if you start a trade-in via my account, you can receive a trade-in estimate which will be validated in store. Once you’ve traded in your item, you can use your credit to treat yourself to something else from Coachtopia or Coach while your original piece continues on its circular journey.

Extend your product's lifespan

Offering trade-in is just one way we’re working to extend the lifespan of our products and materials. If your item is damaged or simply a bit worn, we also offer leather care and repair services that can help restore it to its best condition, so you can use it for longer. You can also access these services via your “My Products” page, or simply visit any of our Coach retail stores.
