Since 1941, we’ve made our products crafted to last for generations. But we know that one of the most important ways to tackle the climate crisis is to extend this cycle even further. That’s why we created Coach (Re)Loved, a circular ecosystem for refurbishing, reimagining and recycling pre-loved and damaged Coach products. Coach (Re)Loved harnesses the passion and imagination of our designers and craftspeople to give our products a second life, spanning four unique programs: Upcrafted, Remade, Restored and Vintage. And the good news is: Buying a Coach (Re)Loved product can reduce an item’s carbon footprint by 76% compared to buying new.* And, through Coach (Re)Loved Exchange you can trade-in your eligible pre-loved Coach items for a credit so that the cycle can continue for generations more.

Coach leather care and repairs

When we say “crafted to last,” we mean it. We offer a range of repair services and complimentary lifetime leather care—unique to our brand—making sure our products can be enjoyed not just in the moment, but for generations. Our Coach (Re)Loved and Repair Workshop is a unique facility run by specialized craftspeople who know and love our bags as much as our customers do—in fact, many of our craftspeople have been with us for decades. Over the past three years, our leather craftspeople have repaired more than 260,000 bags globally for our customers, continuing to keep our more than 80-year heritage in leathercraft alive.

Coach Upcrafted

We love the way every Coach bag develops its own character as it is worn, loved and handed down. As part of our Coach (Re)Loved program, we celebrate this journey by inviting our design team and craftspeople to get creative with pre-loved items. Each Upcrafted piece is a labor of love, thoughtfully transformed through ingenious repairs, embellishments and interventions into a one-of-a-kind style with its own unique personality. It’s a considered and bespoke process, completed entirely by hand, resulting in new, never-to-be-repeated styles ready to be treasured anew.

Coach Restored and Vintage

Icons never go out of style. That’s why, as part of our Coach (Re)Loved program, we ask our expert craftspeople to restore timeless pre-loved Coach pieces to their former beauty. Whether it’s a Restored style from a recent season or a Vintage gem from the ’60s, each one of these pieces is carefully authenticated by us and meticulously rejuvenated by hand. Vintage styles receive special attention from our master restorer in a multi-step process that takes many days for each bag. Once the item is in beautiful condition, we offer it up for sale so it can be enjoyed by a new owner (like you).

Coach (Re)Loved Exchange

Help us to reduce waste and help yourself to something new. As part of our commitment to keeping our products out of landfill, we’ll exchange your eligible pre-loved Coach bag for credit that you can put towards a new purchase through Coach (Re)Loved Exchange, available at all of our North America Retail stores as well as select stores in the UK and Japan. We’ll then pass your bag to our craftspeople, who will put skill and imagination to work to give it a second life.
