How do I sign into ShopRunner on your site?

Anytime you see the ShopRunner logo on a product page, you can select it and sign in.

Which items are eligible?

Look for the ShopRunner logo next to a product listing to make sure it is eligible. Some items are not ShopRunner eligible due to the product's shape, size or weight.

What are my shipping options?

Eligible items will ship so they are delivered free within 2 business days* via UPS. Any shipment to a PO box, APO/FPO/DPO or international address is excluded from the ShopRunner program. Orders must be submitted before 1pm EST; all orders placed after 1pm EST will leave our warehouse the following business day*. Note: If an item is pre-ordered, gift wrapped, monogrammed or customized, it may delay delivery time.

Is return shipping really free for ShopRunner?

Yes, ShopRunner members enjoy free return shipping on all orders placed using ShopRunner.
