Upcrafted Vintage Pocket Purse

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Vintage Pocket Purse is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined with a tonal pop shoulder strap and long leather tassel for a distinctive finish by Eunice Chang, this foldover design has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Jose Reyna and Yngrid Pichardo Baez attached a leather shoulder strap and swingy tassel, polished the anchors, applied a leather remnant behind the turnlock closure and added a playful repurposed charm. The Pocket Purse is part of The Coach Originals, a collection of archival-inspired bags that celebrates our legacy and authentic New York heritage. Introduced in the 1980s, this vintage glovetanned leather design is colorfully embroidered with a hand-woven luxe nappa leather floral motif and accented with polished grommets.
