Upcrafted Rogue

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Rogue is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Nikita M’Bouroukounda in a sophisticated colorblock patchwork of luxe leathers and silvery metallic for a hint of shine, this go-anywhere style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Alfred Deaza, Jose Reyna and Dania Cardenas hand-decorated the front with a selection of Coach remnant materials, replaced the binding, handles, straps and hardware, changed the zipper pulls to brass ones, repaired edge paint and handtacks, then added pop anchor tabs and a playful repurposed charm. Inspired by free spirits, rebels and dreamers, the aptly named Rogue is crafted of pebble and glovetanned leather with smooth suede panels and signature gold hardware. It features luggage top handles and convertible shoulder straps that can be linked together for crossbody wear.
