Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Lana 23 is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Eunice Chang with clusters of our dimensional Tea Rose appliqué and graceful butterflies in dreamy coastal blues, this sleek style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Nicole Izquierdo and Ella Mulley embellished the front with die-cut leather blooms and dainty butterflies, applied blue-hued Tea Roses to the back, painted the handle tab, repaired threads on the back handle, then added a long strap and a playful repurposed charm. A wardrobe hero for every day, Lana combines easy organization with sophisticated good looks. Detailed with our Signature hardware, the compact polished pebble leather 23 has a center slip compartment to secure belongings, two open compartments and a detachable crossbody strap for versatile wear.
