    More beautiful in person.
    I am was very pleased with this laptop back. I feel more confident walking into business meetings and interviews with this product in tow. It's high quality & will last a very long time. I am a long-time Coach customer & their products are always top quality & the Warranty Department backs their products, if you have any problems. This is what makes me a repeat customer.

    Broken strap
    I am disappointed🥺. The strap got pulled out from where it was stitched. I have 12 pieces of this color. How do I get it fixed? I love this bag!! All I carry in it is my planner and laptop. I have the black laptop bag and it fine. Coach bags tend to be more durable. I would still recommend it, but I am still disappointed that I cannot use the shoulder strap until I find a place to fix it, or if Coach replaces it...12 pieces of the same color...clearly love it😂.

    Disappointing.
    As a longtime customer of Coach, I've purchased a countless amount of their leather goods. However, I think this laptop bag may be the last. I've barely gotten any use out of my purchase, and I've handled it with great care, and yet, the bottom corners are already tearing apart at their seams. Since this particular item is out of stock, and because Coach Outlet does not offer the same services as Coach, they are unable to replace it or further assist me. I'm incredibly disappointed by the quality of this bag and the lack of customer service.
