It comes unlatched from the strap

I purchased this Kitt Messenger bag for the summer because it seemed to be the perfect size. It is the most beautiful shade of grayish blue. However, I agree with reviewers that say it is stiff and has no zippered pocket inside. Also, now I see what people are commenting about the straps unclipping for no reason and your bag ends up on the floor. Happens on a regular basis! I'm not sure why it does this. I've got many Coach bags, vintage and newer and have never had this issue.

Great adjustable strap, external pocket for my cell phone and small inner compartment. Good for those who don't carry much items. I would prefer a more softer/flexible material.

Strap Clasp is Unreliable - random moments when the clasp comes detached and bag falls off me. Latest was yesterday in the grocery store. Have an earlier version of this bag with different clasp design that never had this problem. Only owned this purse for 10months and it happens 50% of the time.
