Halo Heart Ring Set

My husband bought this ring for me and after the first time I wore it, the gem stone came out! I went to the store and returned it and reordered it again because the salesperson told me that this has not happened before. After wearing my second ring, the gem stone came out AGAIN only after a couple of month!. I'm really disappointed because I thought Coach was a reputable brand that makes / sells quality products but not in this case. I'm really sad because the ring is really cute but I'm afraid to buy it a third time. I don't think it's worth it.
