Chunky Signature Hoop Earrings

Love the design of these earrings and the pink stone; however, the clasp of both earrings doesn't snap or hold. It makes it easy for the earrings to fall out my ears. Called customer care and was pleased with their assistance.

I bought once the back came defective. Did not snap on and fell off ear. Returned/exchanged...did the same thing. Disappointed.
