Chelsea Platform Bootie

This boot is so beautiful and lightweight. I put them on as soon as they arrived and walked a few steps on the carpet and they are sooo comfortable too. I could see me wearing these on a night out if covid wasn't a thing. Sadly when I inspected the boots the brown stitching was loose in multiples places on both boots... The brown leather bits could easily come off.. I was very disappointed. I contacted customer support and they said I couldn't exchange my purchase for another boot, but only do a return. I was very sad but it's for the best. I'm scared to buy another one in case the issue with the brown stitches is more widespread... I'll wait for my next favorite release )':
