If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of receipt. All items are eligible for exchange in any Coach Retail store. Exchanges for select Handbags, Shoe and Clothing items may be initiated online. To exchange all other items by mail, we recommend returning the item and purchasing the new color or size to ensure product availability.
All exchanges are subject to inventory availability and adherence to our returns policy. Original items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. All customized orders and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
