Upcrafted The Borough Bag

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Borough Bag is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Rose Oliva with a cheerful hand-painted motif blooming with spring-fresh daisies, this double-handle style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftsperson Jose Reyna repaired the zipper pull and repainted the end, then added a long strap and playful repurposed charm. Simple and sophisticated in a lightweight version of our heritage leather, the Borough bag has three expandable zip-top compartments. Featuring metallic piping on the inside multifunction pockets, foil branding and plated hardware, it’s finished with a detachable strap to wear crossbody or on the shoulder.
