Upcrafted Madison Smythe Satchel

Pre-owned and now (re)loved, this Madison Smythe Satchel is a very special Coach upcrafted design inspired by our commitment to rethinking and reducing our impact on the planet. Saved from the landfill, this gently-worn bag was lovingly repaired and transformed by our in-house craftspeople who added clever details to give it a second life. It’s completely one-of-a-kind, and comes with its own unique set of charms. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

Reimagined by Eunice Chang with a turnlock pocket featuring a delicate floral bouquet motif, this everyday style has been expertly cleaned, conditioned and restored. Our talented craftspeople Jose Montero, Alfred Deaza and Kendry Almonte de Torres attached a two-tone leather pocket complete with turnlock closure as an outside pocket, repaired the edgepaint, replaced the zipper slider and added a playful repurposed charm. The Smythe satchel is simple and sophisticated. Crafted of rich leather with a remarkably smooth hand, it's detailed with neatly piped side gussets, an exterior phone pocket and a strap that attaches with carabiner clips.
