Cassie Crossbody Bag 19 With Heart Strap

I had originally missed out on purchasing this bag when it first dropped earlier in the year, and I had been searching for it for months afterwards. A Coach sales associate located the last pink bag available in a retail store across the country in late June, and she offered to ship this bag to a store near me. I was elated to receive it and this bag was even more stunning in person! The color is a perfect pink, and the heart strap is so gorgeous! Excellent Coach quality, and I love their classic timeless designs, but with an edge!

Idk how I missed this pink beauty but I was determined to have her. After calling the New York (Rep Shannon) and Seattle store several times coach heard my cries and boom I was able to place my order. I’m in love. The heart chain strap is stunning. Coach never disappoints! If you missed this bag you missed out!

I found that Coach still had it in stock and on sale so I bought it! Stunning Coach red. Highest quality. And, the heart strap just makes it a must have! So happy with my purchase!

My pink Cassie was obviously a return based on the shoddy packaging. Missing dustbag also. Complained to customer service. Got a flowery long winded email but no dustbag. Terrible service.
